The Hot Boys

The Hot Boys was a group made in 1997 featuring rappers Turk,Juvenile,B.G. and Lil Wayne.  They put out 3 albums “Get It How U Live!”, “Guerrilla Warfare” and “Let ‘Em Burn”.  They also recorded a soundtrack for the film they stared in called “Baller Blockin’'.  In 2009, they reunited and are already working on a reunion album that will realease sometime in 2011.  Lil Wayne also brought out the Hot Boys on his I Am Music tour when they where in New Orleans back in 2009.  Here are some small facts about the group,Dwayne Michael Carter Jr, better known by his stage name Lil Wayne, joined the Hot Boys when he was just 15 years old and was the youngest member of the group. Since then, Weezy has founded his own label called Young Money Entertainment and has won four Grammy awards. 


Christopher Dorsey, better known by his stage name B.G., is the founder of the record label Chopper City Records. B.G. is also known as B. Gizzle and is mostly known for his big hit single titled “Bling Bling” (a word Lil Wayne created).  Terius Gray, better known by his stage name Juvenile, is an American rapper from New Orleans. Juvi has released 10 albums in his music career, and is currently signed to Atlantic Records after leaving Cash Money Records in 2006.  Tab Virgil Jr, better known by his stage name Turk, is an American rapper from New Orleans who also goes by the names of Young Turk and Lil Turk. He is currently in jail for being convicted of an attempted murder of a police officer in 2004.
